How We Work

*All projects, from full-service residential to new build construction, will follow the same general process.

Initial Phone Consult

After filling out our Contact Us form, we will schedule a Zoom call to meet each other and learn more about your project.

Scope Meeting

Every project with us begins with an In-Home Scope Meeting. Here, we learn about your likes, wants, and needs for the spaces under consideration. We will walk through your home, delve into inspirational images and engage in thoughtful conversations, ensuring we understand how you live, your style and your vision for your home.

*New build construction will meet at our studio for this meeting

Design Fee & Scope Proposal

Following our initial meeting, we develop a Design Fee & Scope Proposal tailored to your project. We then meet in our studio to discuss its details, addressing any questions you might have. At this time, we will also discuss your anticipated project investment, and work with you to make sure it aligns with the project scope. Afterwards the decision to proceed lies entirely with you.

Measurements & Estimates

Once the project is green-lighted, we meet again at your home to measure the agreed-upon spaces. Collaborating closely with any contractors and subcontractors, we begin the estimation process.

*We work off construction documents and collaborate with the builder, architect, and contractor (if applicable) for new build construction and renovation projects.

Mid-Point Review

We will meet again for the Mid-Point Review. Here, clients get a sneak peek into the design direction. We introduce proposed floor plans, furniture layouts, and inspiration boards crafted just for you. With a curated selection of fabric, paint, wallpaper samples, and more, we offer an immersive experience, allowing you to feel and visualize the overall design concept.

Design Realization

The Design Presentation is where everything comes together. We unveil the comprehensive design, complete with all its elements. This includes detailed contractor and subcontractor quotes, as well as the final project pricing. Once the design is approved and the Furnishing Retainer is received, we transition into the execution and procurement phase, where we bring the design to life.
